Booking and cancellation policy

• A 10% deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance will be automatically processed 28 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• A full refund (excluding $100.00 in fees, charges, and administrative costs) will be granted for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• A 70% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 7 and 4 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 4 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• We understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to reschedule bookings to a later date with no additional fees, provided that the rescheduling is arranged at least 7 days prior to the original arrival date. Rescheduling 7 days or closer to the arrival date will incur fees equivalent to the cancellation fees outlined above.
• Please be aware that while we strive to accommodate our guests, our cancellation policy is in place to manage our resources effectively.
